Who are We?
Answer:
RevitalizeNow.com is the website of Third Millennium Resources Inc.
the New York Santé Natural Products Distributorship run by Lee Keil.
Lee Keil's college degree and corporate experience in marketing and
sales coupled with a keen interest in metaphysics and holistic health
afford potential dealers a well grounded resource for success in this
exciting, leading edge, albeit unconventional marketplace. Third
Millennium Resources, Inc. started as a Dealer and has been marketing
Santé products since November of 2002. Now we are a Distributor. We
also own the SanteNaturalProducts.com domain name. At this time, we
feel we have the most comprehensive and professional Distributor
website on the internet. Last April Santé inventor Manfred Bauer spent
time with us here in New York letting us in on all the newest and
latest product developments. We created, manage and maintain our
website site ourselves through regular communication with the Santé
factory personnel and Manfred the inventor of the products.
What is our Marketing Philosophy?
Answer: The
internet is a major focus of our marketing as we believe education is
a very important aspect of selling cutting edge "frontier" products
such as these. We also do trade shows and expos in the local area. We
are looking to create and develop a network of dealers to first try
the products and experience the results then to sell the products one
on one to clients, friends and family and so on. Some of our dealers
throw "home parties" to sell products, while others network locate
clients through business and personal affiliations. We do not believe
the products are well enough known yet to be successful in a stand
alone retail environment as a primary marketing effort. If however you
own a business where you can retail the product in conjunction with
your services, then retail can be VERY productive.
Is this an MLM?
Answer: No, we require no purchase of start
up inventory to become a Dealer, nor do we charge any sign up or
membership fees. For practical purposes however, a few items to
demonstrate to potential customers is really needed.
Who can order from RevitalizeNow.com?
Answer: Any end-user consumer can buy
products from RevitalizeNow.com (actually any Distributor/Dealer they
chose) with merchandise being shipped directly to them either from our
factory in Florida or from our offices. Some Distributors
maintain basic inventory for local customers, as we do - others do
not. Our Dealers customers can also order through this site. Our
Dealers may also order though RevitalizeNow.com but from a different
set of pages containing special Dealer, not retail, pricing.
What is a Distributor?
Answer: There are a limited number of
distributors, selected by the factory, to represent specific
geographic areas - typically a state. Only a distributor may order
directly from the factory. Any Distributor may recruit and support a
network of Dealers to which they offer products at a "lower than
retail price" for the purposes of reselling the products.
Does it cost to become a Distributor
and can I become one?
Answer: It costs
nothing to become a Distributor but many areas are already taken. In
addition, new Distributors are expected to generate a certain level of
orders to the factory to maintain their Distributor discount levels.

approach the factory on your behalf to make the inquiry. As we have
taken the time to assist you through this website, we would appreciate
being acknowledged as having referred you to our home office.
What is a Dealer?
Answer: A Dealer purchases Santé products
through a Distributor and sells them to their own clients (or
purchases products for their own use ). Anyone can be a Dealer,
particularly if you have a large circle of open-minded friends and/or
associates. Holisitic practitioners in particular, such as
Chiropractors, Massage Therapists, Energy Workers also make successful
Dealers. You can be a Dealer and buy products from any Distributor in
any state (though we hope you choose us!). Since the factory is very
weak on the marketing support end, you will want to work with a
Distributor who can offer marketing assistance/materials unless you
are prepared to do all your own research and material writing - as we
have already done.
What's the difference between a
Distributor, Dealer and an Affiliate?
Answer: Third Millennium Resources Inc.,
(owners of RevitalizeNow.com and SanteNaturalProducts.com) is a
Distributor (which your geographic area may already have). We offer
two programs: a Dealer-who wishes to purchase products through us at
"less than retail" and sell them to your friends, family, clients and
associates. Product pricing at the dealer level used to be determined
by the factory. Many Distributors still use this as a guide when
selling to their Dealers. Some distributors like ourselves choose to
offer larger discounts to our more active dealers and lesser discounts
to those buying for personal use or in smaller quantities.
An Affilliate simply refers buyers to our website (or over the phone
or mail in orders) and receives merchandise credit or money in return
for the referral. The percentage of the referral fee is based upon the
dollar amount of sales you generate to the RevitalizeNow.com site or
through the mail.
Is there a benefit in dealing with a
local Distributor over one in another state?
Answer: We can see little real benefit from
working with a local Distributor over one elsewhere, such as
ourselves, with the exception of any benefit you might derive from
local advertising a Distributor might do. However, unless the local
Distributor has an established and equitable plan to share leads
generated, the value is questionable.
Another benefit might be that a
local distributor may inventory products nearby reducing lead times
for acquiring limited product for your customers. We originally
thought this was an advantage but the truth was, we got tired really
quickly of driving around delivering things out of our own inventory
and it didn't make sense to ship something twice thereby incurring
double shipping costs. The time and car expenses made it unattractive
for us. It really worked out better getting the items drop shipped
directly from the factory our customers.
We do maintain some local inventory
for shows and exhibits we might be doing as well as quantities of
popular items to ensure we have them on hand while others wait for
"back-orders" to be filled..
We had a bad experience with a weak
MLM Upline. How would Third
Millennium Resources, Inc. support a Dealer located in another
state/country?
Answer: We too had a network marketing
experience that was not too effective in
the support arena. Due to the lack of quality marketing materials
coming out of the factory, this is an important issue. It has taken us
six months just to accumulate enough information for our website at
RevitalizeNow.com which is quite up to date now. We would support a
local or remote Dealer in the same way, primarily through email as
peoples schedules are all so different and time zones present
additional challenges. Of course we use the telephone as well though
we hate playing "phone tag" as much as you do!
Our Dealers are free to use any of the information from this site.
Your customers can order through this site directly. As long as
they tell us that you are their Dealer at the time they order, you can
receive credit for the sale.
We have put together a reference binder to assist our Dealers that
includes copies of all factory marketing materials as well as those we
have created, some articles we and others have written and a standard
dealer pricing schedule (Even the factory doesn't provide a new
Distributor with all this information!).
There is of course always more to be done as time and finances allow.
Are the products easy to sell?
Answer: We have found that the products can
be somewhat of a challenge to sell unless you work with an audience
that is predisposed to being open-minded. Most dealers have tried the
products themselves first and expanded their own usage before
moving outside the family and friends group. When you love the
products, like Dealers and Distributors do, the items are easy to sell
because your own enthusiasm and positive personal experiences will
encourage others to try! If you would like to start off as a Dealer to
feel your way and migrate to a Distributorship, that is certainly an
option (assuming a Distributorship is available). The good news is you
are free to quit the business at any time if things don't work out for
you or if we perform miserably in supporting you, you can find someone
else to work with. Unlike MLM, no upfront investment translates into
low risk to get started!
How do Dealers place orders?
Answer: All orders for your customers
would need to go through us with the products being shipped to you or
individually drop shipped to your customers, whichever you choose. We
typically send all of our orders to the factory for processing once a
week, usually Friday mornings, assuring that customer shipments go out
no later than Monday.
Do we need to pay for our merchandise
up front or will you bill us?
Answer: The factory requires that all our
orders be paid in advance so, we would need to require that from you
as well. We have already been badly burned by dishonorable dealers by
not doing so. We will require your payment in full for all ordered
products before forwarding your order to the factory for shipment.
Because of the many variables associated with UPS shipping (ie.
package dimensions, weight and distance) we cannot confirm
actual shipping charges until the factory packages and weighs the
items you ordered. Based upon our experience we will estimate shipping
charges at the time you place your order but it may be necessary to
"true up" by paying slight additional charges after we know what they
are.
How can we pay for our orders?
Answer: We prefer to work through Paypal as
an intermediary for ordering and payment purposes for the time being
while we research an online ordering/billing system of our own. With a
Paypal account you can charge your orders to a credit card or you may
maintain a cash balance in your Paypal account to cover product
purchases. A Paypal account gives us the ability to transfer money
back and forth freely as needed which we think gives a good amount of
convenience and flexibility at an acceptable cost. (We do have to pay
Paypal a percentage of your order total to process the transaction for
us but you incur no additional charges.) We also accept checks and
money orders but of course there will be a delay in any orders
received through the mail and additional delays while we wait for your
checks to clear through the bank. The factory is working on an on-line
ordering system for Distributors and or Dealers but it is not coming
along very well at the moment and Third Millennium Resources may not
choose to participate if it is poorly designed.
